It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail and copy of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure Nos. 2 and 3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
