No.861 of 2024), under Section 302, 326 I.P.C., Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44079 of 2024 and the following order was passed :- "1. List has been revised. Second supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri J.K.
