The applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 128 of 2024, under Sections 302, 34 of I.P.C., Police Station Bhojpur, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 3. The applicant along with co-accused is stated to have confessed before the informant stating that his nephew has been put to death by them by hitting him with bricks on 21.05.2024 between 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. 4. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5.
