The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 208 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Tilhar, district Shahjahanpur during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail. Apart from two cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of six other cases, out of which in one case he has been acquitted and in five cases, he is on bail.
