By means of this application under Section 483 of BNSS, applicant Irfan, who is involved in Case Crime No. 93 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, police station Swar, district Rampur seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant was not apprehended at the spot and there is no recovery of any incriminating material from the possession of the applicant. Even there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery of beef shown by the prosecution. The applicant has criminal history of two other cases being Case Crime No. 516 of 2018, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Swar, District Rampur and Case Crime No
