This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Subham Kesarwani, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 24 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201, 506, 34 I.P.C. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Ghoorpur, District- Prayagraj. As per the prosecution story, the deceased (son of the informant) left his house in order to search his missing motorcycle, but did not come till next morning and after being searched by the family members, dead body of the deceased was found in the village Dauna near Shiv temple.
