Sri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.642 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Sector-39 NOIDa, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that in gang-chart, five cases have been shown against the accused- applicant, in which he is on bail. Applicant is languishing in jail since 13.11.2024. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that in all the cases shown in the gang chart, the accused/applicant has already been granted bail. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5.
