This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Satendra Singh Alias Fauji Alias Satto , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 129 of 2018, under Sections 302, 201 of IPC, Police Station Mant, District Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 24.4.2018. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced on the record on the basis of statement of prosecution witness Prem Singh under Section 161 Cr.P.C., who alleged that applicant was last seen with the deceased.
