Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Vijay Kumar Yadav and Vipin Kumar Yadav have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.05.2025 and 25.06.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 14879 of 2025 and Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21811 of 2925, copy of which order has been produced before this Court. It is thus contended that the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity.
