None appeared on behalf of the complainant whereas name of three counsel has been shown in the cause list. 2-The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail Case Crime No. 101 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 131, 352, 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/25 Arms Act, police station Roeti, district Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 3-It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that with regard to an incident dated 14.03.2025, both sides have lodged first information reports against each other. The F.I.R. of Case Crime No. 101 of 2025 was lodged on 14.03.2025 at about 23:32 hours against applicant-
