By means of this bail application, the applicant- Shyamu, who is involved in Case Crime No. 102 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, P.S. Pipri, District Kaushambi is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is being prosecuted on account of recovery of 4 kilograms and 100 grams of ganja from his possession, in fact, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant as alleged by the prosecution. It is further submitted that alleged recovery of 4 kilograms and 100 grams of ganja is below commercial quantity. Much emphasis has been given by contending that the mandatory provisions of Section 50 of NDPS Act has not been complied with which creates doubt upon
