This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Naan Babu @ Vaibhav Dwivedi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 281 of 2021, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Mutthiganj, District Prayagraj. The bail application of the applicant in the court below was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Allahabad, vide order dated 24.05.2025. 3.
