The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.97 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/25(8) of Arms Act, Police Station- Kydganj, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. At the outset, learned Additional Government Advocate pointed out that in paragraph 22 of the affidavit filed in support of bail application, it is mentioned that no criminal case is registered or pending against the applicant in any Court except the present case, whereas apart from this case, applicant has criminal history of one other case:- "(i) Case Crime No.179 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 286, 386, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Colonel
