The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 175 of 2024, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Tamkuhiraj, district Kushinagar during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in one criminal case, apart from one case shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of seven other cases, in which also he is on bail, copy of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. He has falsely been impl
