The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 570 of 2024, under Sections 2(b) (i), 2(b)(xi), 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Kotwali City, district Bijnor during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail and apart from two cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of one another case, in which also he is on bail.
