Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Kumar Dhananjay, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 359 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of The Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the accused-applicant has been implicated in cyber fraud, merely on the basis of picture in mobile gallery pertaining to insurance receipt to connect the accused with the crime. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the accused, who is a student and has no role to play in the matter. There is no incriminating material recovered at the behest of the accused. It is prayed that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
