Act and Section 3(8), 317(3), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) BNS, police station Raunapar, district Azamgarh seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. As per prosecution case, in brief, complainant Shivanand Verma got a first information report lodged on 17.01.2025 against an unknown person under Section 66D I.T. Act alleging inter alia that he is having a saving bank account at State Bank, Belkunda. From the said bank account, he was using PhonePe app and for the last some days, his PhonePe app was not working. In that regard, he searched the customer care number of PhonePe online
