Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant-with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.69 of 2025, registered under Section 8/29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Chilkana, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Prosecution story is that 15 gm. smack was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Haseeb. The applicant is not named in the F.I.R.; his name surfaced in the statement of co-accused, Haseeb, before the police.
