This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Radha, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2024, under Section 103 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Sikandarpur, District Kasganj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 13.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that incident occurred on 9.10.2024 and FIR has been lodged on 12.10.2024. There is no explanation regarding delay in lodging the FIR.
