This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Masroor, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 651 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 333, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3/5/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Sardhana, District- Meerut. 3. There is allegation in the First Information Report that on 01.12.2024 at about 07:00 pm, due to an old enmity between the son of the informant and the other party, the applicant along with three named and five unnamed persons, entered the house of the informant in search of Shahil, son of the informant, and started hur
