This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Vinay, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 118 of 2025, under Sections 103 (1), 131, 352, 191 (2), 191 (3) 238, 3 (5) BNS, Police Station- Sardhana, District- Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 08.03.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Akhil, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 14.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 13152 of 2025
