Sri Mohd. Irfan, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Nirbhay Kumar, learned counsel appears for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. According to the FIR, the present accused-applicant has opened fire with intention to kill the informant.
