This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Virendra Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2024, under Sections 118(2), 61(2a), 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3(b), 5(b) of Explosive Substance Act and Section 9(b) of Explosive Act, Police Station- Samthar, District- Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Dheeru @ Dhirendra Sahu has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10.0
