This is second bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Talib, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 498 of 2024, under sections 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act & 61 (2) B.N.S., Police Station- Baheri, District-Bareilly. First Bail application, being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5923 of 2023, of the accused applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused
