By means of this application under Section 483 BNSS, applicant Shani Singh Alias Sangram Singh, who is involved in Case Crime No. 99 of 2025, under Section 109, 352 BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, police station Lalauli, district Fatehpur seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. As per prosecution case, in brief, complainant, who is mother of the injured, lodged a first information report against the applicant and two unknown persons on 25.03.2025 under Sections 109, 352 BNS alleging inter alia that in the intervening night of 24/25.03.2025, her son Abhishek Singh aged about 22 years went to village Muttaur to see Ramleela. After seeing Ramleela, when her son reached near the brick-kiln situated at Muttaur, the applicant started quarrel
