By means of this application under Section 483 BNSS, applicant Vivek Dua, who is involved in Case Crime No. 102 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 109(1), 351(3) BNS and Section 3/30 Arms Act, police station Dhoomanganj, district Prayagraj seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial.
