This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sayal Yadav Alias Shambhu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 4 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Ayana, District- Auraiya. As per the FIR, on 05.01.2025 at 09:00pm, the deceased (husband of the informant) had gone to his farm land for guarding his crop, but did not come till 06:00am next morning. After being searched by family members, husband of the informant was found dead on the way to farm. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent.
