By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.0267 of 2023 at Police Station-Bardah, District-Azamgarh under Sections 302, 376(ka)(kha) IPC. The applicant is in jail since 30.06.2023. The first and second bail applications of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 27.02.2024 and 29.05.2024 respectively. The following arguments made by Shri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned A.G.A. from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1.
