This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Kamlesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2024, under Sections 147, 364, 302, 201, 120B IPC, Police Station- Farah, District- Mathura. The bail application of the applicant in the court below was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Mathura, vide order dated 15.04.2025 and the applicant is languishing in jail since 03.06.2024. 3.
