Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that in gang-chart criminal history of 14 cases have been shown against the accused-applicant. Criminal history of 13 cases has been explained in affidavit filed in support of the bail application and criminal history of one is explained in second supplementary affidavit. The applicant is in jail since 05.04.2024. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4.
