This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Lavesh Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 162 of 2024, under Sections 85, 103 (1), 238, 3 (5) BNS, Police Station- Sahayal, District- Auraiya. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 22.11.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Pintu @ Ram Mohan, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 27.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 17289 of 2025, copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel for the applicant
