This is the second bail application.The first bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution by this court vide order dated 17.4.2025. There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on the life of the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim has already been examined before the trial court as P.W.2 and has supported the prosecution case.Before the trial court three out of seven prosecution witnesses have only been examined.The applicant is in jail since .15.7.2022 and has no criminal history to his credit.
