The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Guru Charan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 445 of 2023 under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court for want of prosecution vide order dated 10.4.2025. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
