Sri Irshad Ahmad, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been implicated in Case Crime No. 305 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 121(1), 324(5), 326G, 223B,132, 310(2) of B.N.S., 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 and 2/3 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, Police Station Nakhasa, District Sambhal. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in present case. He is not named in the F.I.R.. The applicant has been apprehended during investigation. The F.I.R. has been registered against six named and 150-200 anonymous persons. All the named accused have been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. There is no specific role attributed to the accused. As such the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
