Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Yagyavalk Pnadey, learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sher Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2022, under Sections 147, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Khurja Dehat, District- Bulandshahr. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.04.2022. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Bhupendra, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.04.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 11941 of 2023. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is id
