The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Satyam Gupta involved in Case Crime No.50 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) B.N.S. and 66-D Information Technology Act, 2002, Police Station Colonelganj, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police on the basis of his confessional statement and the recovery of incriminating articles i.e. ATM cards, cheque-books, Aadhar Cards, etc. from his possession. There is allegation in the F.I.R. that accused-applicant has collected those items for opening accounts for conducting cyber crime. There is only disclosure statement of the applicant.
