This is third bail application of the applicant. The first and second bail application of the applicant were rejected by this Court on 02.2.2023 & 4.4.2023 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
