Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the First Information report lodged on 23.10.2024 at 22.10 hours against applicant and two others and according to the FIR on 23.10.2024 at 8.30 AM in the morning due to property dispute applicant and other accused persons started making assault upon the father of the informant and the applicant gave him a blow by wooden stick on the head, due to which he fell down.He further submits
