The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Arvind Singh in Case Crime No.0412 of 2023, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act,1986 Police Station Sarai Lakhansi, District Mau. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the cases due to village party politics as his wife fought election of Gram Pradhan. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4.
