The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Kapil @ Sarra with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.679 of 2020, under Sections 394, 302, 411 and 34 I.P.C. Police Station-Medical, District-Meerut, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first information report was lodged by the informant against unknown persons regarding loot in his jewellery shop and murder of his son.
