Rejoinder affidavit filed by Sri Shyamanand Sisodiya, holding brief of the applicant is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused-Namidala Rajkumar for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66D of I.T.Act, in Case Crime No. 68 of 2024, Police Station-Cyber Crime, District-Meerut. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the account, in which Rs.8.80 lacs is credited, is in the name of wife of the applicant. On the statement of his wife that account is being operated by the accused (husband), the accused-applicant has been apprehended. Other co-accused have already been granted bail.
