By means of this bail application, applicant Jagmal Singh, who is involved in Case Crime No.308 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) BNS and Section 60/63 of Excise Act, police station Robertsganj, district Sonbhadra seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. As per the prosecution case in brief, on 29.03.2025 total 10776 bottles of english wine containing 8006.04 liters of illegal liquor have been recovered from the tanker of Indian Gas bearing No. RJ14 GG 3296, which was being driven by the applicant and he was illegally transporting Imperial Black Exclusive Whisky and Mac-dowel no.1 without any bilty or legal paper from Punjab to Jharkhand on the instruction of owner of the vehicle Rajesh.
