Heard Sri Manish Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned AGA-I, for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.15 of 2025, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station Mundali, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, this is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant but his first bail application has not been dismissed on merit and it was dismissed as withdrawn. 4. He further submits that as far as merit of the present case is concerned, however, applicant is named in the FIR but FIR of the present case was lodged after more than two weeks. 5.
