Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, this is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant but his first bail application has not been dismissed on merit and it was dismissed as withdrawn. 4. He further submits that as far as merit of the present case is concerned, however, applicant is named in the FIR but FIR of the present case was lodged after more than two weeks. 5.
