Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel appears for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit to explain the criminal history. The same is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Shambhu Sonkar for the offence punishable under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(ii), 2(b)(xi), 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.92 of 2025, Police Station- Rajghat, District- Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel contends that there are two base cases in the gang chart and in both cases, applicant is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of 14 other cases to his credit, which has been explained in para 3 of the supplementary affidavit.
