The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Quraish, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.177 of 2023, under Sections 302, 323, 325, 506 IPC, Police Station Pipari, District- Kaushambi, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant.
