It is alleged that the accused-applicant has duped the informant of Rs. 5 lakhs 75 thousand on the pretext of investing the money in the shares. It is contended by the learned counsel for the accused-applicant that the father of the accused- applicant Anil Sharma has given the shop on rent to co-accused Vikas Trivedi proprietor of Banke Bihari Traders.
