By means of this bail application the accused-applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.5 of 2024 for offence under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C. and Sections 66C and 66D of I.T. Act, P.S. Cyber Crime, District Muzaffar Nagar. 2. Shri Rajan Tripathi, learned advocate submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is alleged that the accused-applicant has duped the informant of Rs. 5 lakhs 75 thousand on the pretext of investing the money in the shares. It is contended by the learned counsel for the accused-applicant that the father of the accused- applicant Anil Sharma has given the shop on rent to co-accused Vikas Trivedi proprietor of Banke Bihari Traders.
