On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant bail application has been preferred by the applicant in Case Crime No. 184 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 76, 352 B.N.S. and under Sections 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S. Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur in which after culmination of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted during the pendency of this bail application in different sections, therefore, applicant does not want to press this bail application, hence, he may be allowed to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application in appropriate sections. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of the applicant. In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
