Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that in gang-chart, there is only one base case has been shown against the accused-applicant, in which he is on bail. Apart from the case shown in the gang chart, there is no other criminal history to his credit. Applicant is languishing in jail since 26.03.2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
