The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.118 of 2022, under Sections 147, 149, 302, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station-Pipiganj, District-Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with three other co- accused persons is stated to have come to the house of the informant armed with lathi and danda and started hurling abuses at him and started assaulting him.
