This 2nd bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kapil, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station Purkaji, District Muzaffarnagar. 5.
